Service as It Should Be
Before placing your order message us with the details of what you would like. Ex. If wanting a snowglobe tumbler message us the color of the glitter and the design you had in mind. Once completed place your order and will begin right away. It does take a time frame of 1 to 2 weeks for orders to be completed but you never know sometimes it will be done earlier! Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
There is no return as it is custom made. But if something is wrong with your order you can send us a picture and send the product back within 15 days to fix it.
